A pilot program is giving business owners a second chance at success in Amarillo.
“I developed the PATH program on behalf of a group of stakeholders -- a couple of local foundations and four local banks,” said Brady Clark, program coordinator.
PATH stands for Personalized, Accessible, Targeted and Holistic, and its goal is to fund developing neighborhood economies by empowering small business owners.
